Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This travel
opportunity for an Occupational Therapist is based in Albuquerque,
NM, providing essential school-based therapy services. Working in a
special education setting, you will serve approximately six
students, with most requiring around 30 minutes per week of
occupational therapy. This position offers the chance to make a
meaningful impact on students' educational and functional outcomes
in a collaborative school environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy interventions tailored to
individual student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
support staff to create and implement effective therapy plans.
Document student progress and report outcomes in compliance with
school policies. Support students in developing skills to improve
participation and performance in educational activities.
Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
relevant state credentials. Experience providing occupational
therapy in school settings, preferably within special education.
Ability to assess and treat pediatric clients with diverse needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with
students and school personnel. Flexibility and adaptability for
travel assignments. Location: Albuquerque, NM (Travel Position)
