Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Emergency Room (Days) Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico Pay: $2,198/week Start Date: April 6, 2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift Details - Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Summary The Emergency Room RN provides clinical nursing care to patients in the ED, ensuring quality, safe, and efficient care. The RN coordinates patient care communicates effectively with patients and families, and collaborates with the healthcare team. Responsibilities - Assess and implement patient care specific to age/type of patient - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Assist physicians in patient examinations and procedures - Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies - Document patient care and maintain accurate records - Communicate care plans to patients, families, and staff - Uphold patient rights and provide compassionate care Requirements - Graduate of an accredited RN program - Current New Mexico RN license or compact state license - BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and TNCC or ATCN certifications - CPI or equivalent preferred - ED experience required; acute care experience preferred • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
