Job Description:
Medical Group in Albuquerque, NM is seeking BE/BC Cardiologist
with specialized expertise in heart failure management to join our
team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced, patient-centered
care for individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions,
focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of heart
failure. - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and
chronic heart failure. - Develop individualized treatment plans,
including medical management, lifestyle modifications, and advanced
therapeutic interventions. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team of healthcare providers, including primary care physicians,
nurses, and cardiac surgeons. - Provide advanced care options,
including device therapy and transplant evaluation when necessary.
- Participate in clinical research and remain up-to-date with
emerging treatments and technologies in heart failure care. -
Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment
options, and ongoing care needs. - Smart Technology: See more
