Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Albuquerque, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,868 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience preferred License: Must possess a valid nursing license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Travel experience required Description: Looking for a Registered Nurse to work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. This position involves working night shifts, with the option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting. Previous travel experience is preferred. Patient ratios are 1:2 during the shifts. Nurses will be responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric patients. Skills required include management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction and cardiovascular support. Other key skills include interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of ventricular assist devices, and administration of vasoactive drips. Travelers may be required to float to like units as necessary. The unit provides interdisciplinary support including respiratory services and pharmacy. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team to provide optimal patient care.
