Type: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: $135,000–$150,000/year

Opportunity We are partnering with a fast-growing pharmacy
organization seeking a Multi-State Licensed Staff Pharmacist to
join its on-site team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a unique

care model in a highly visible role. Position Summary The Staff
Pharmacist will be responsible for supporting the safe, accurate,
and compliant dispensing of medications in a fast-paced pharmacy
environment. This individual will oversee prescription
verification, ensure adherence to state and federal regulations,
collaborate with pharmacy staff and providers, and help support the
continued growth of a multi-state operation. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, operationally strong, comfortable working onsite,
and able to step into a role where licensure coverage across
multiple states is highly valuable. Key Responsibilities Review and
verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, dosing, and
potential drug interactions Ensure safe and compliant dispensing of
medications in accordance with all applicable regulations Counsel
patients as needed on medication usage, storage, and potential side
effects Support pharmacy operations, workflow efficiency, and
quality standards in a growing environment Supervise and
collaborate with pharmacy technicians, clerks, and other pharmacy
personnel Maintain accurate documentation and ensure
confidentiality of patient information Partner with prescribers and
internal teams to resolve medication-related questions and support
patient care Assist with inventory oversight, medication handling,
and operational compliance Contribute to a culture of
accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications
PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree Active pharmacist license in
good standing Strong understanding of pharmacology, prescription
verification, and pharmacy regulations Excellent communication,
judgment, and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in
Albuquerque, NM Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving pharmacy
environment Multi-State Licensure Requirement Candidates should be
licensed in 7 or more of the following states: Alabama Alaska
Arkansas California Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Michigan Mississippi
Nebraska Nevada Ohio Oklahoma Tennessee Virginia West Virginia
Candidates with 5–6 active licenses in the states above who are
willing to obtain additional licenses quickly are also encouraged
to apply. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multi-state
pharmacy operation Background in compounding pharmacy , specialty
pharmacy, mail-order, or other high-volume operational settings
Sterile compounding experience strongly preferred Experience
supervising pharmacy support staff Familiarity with serving
patients across multiple jurisdictions and maintaining regulatory

Additional Details This is a fully onsite position based in
Albuquerque, New Mexico . Candidates must be open to relocating if
not currently local. Because this role supports a multi-state
operation, pharmacists with an existing portfolio of active state
licenses will be especially attractive.
