At Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, our mission is to build /n trusted relationships to make people healthier. /n /n We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. /n /n * Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care /n * Earn up to $3000 to $5000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment) /n * Increase your per-visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier* /n * Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred * Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required) /n * Short-Term or Long-Term basis * Pre-scheduled visit in-home w/ health plan members * Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility) /n * Malpractice coverage * Availability Incentives (based on weekly availability) /n * Independent Contractor, 1099 status * Flexible Schedule * State License Required /n * Paid Collaborative Physician Roles available in certain states /n /n These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. Our physician contractors can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments.
