Position Overview

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for a unique opportunity in a concierge-style outpatient practice. This role offers the ability to practice high-quality, patient-centered medicine with a reduced patient panel and a strong focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships.

• Manage an established primary care patient panel
• Perform routine exams, diagnostics, and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness
• Provide patient education and lifestyle counseling
• Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation

• Concierge medicine model with lower patient volume
• Patient panel size approximately patients
• Longer appointments for enhanced patient interaction
• Advanced annual wellness exams and preventive screenings
• Strong collaboration with physician peers and referral network
• Focus on quality care over quantity

• Monday Friday schedule with predictable daytime hours
• Reduced administrative burden compared to traditional models
• Ability to complete documentation during clinic hours

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active New Mexico medical license
• Clean licensure history strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience (8 10 years preferred)
• Interest in long-term role with partnership track

• Onboarding timeline: approximately 1 month
• Established patient panel provided
