Position Overview

A community-focused 25-bed hospital in Grants, New Mexico is seeking an experienced CRNA to join its anesthesia team. This opportunity offers competitive 1099 compensation, a balanced 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule, and the chance to serve a diverse patient population. Leadership responsibilities are available for qualified candidates.

Option 1: Chief CRNA - Leadership Role

This Chief CRNA position blends hands-on clinical practice with team leadership in a collaborative rural hospital setting. Ideal for an experienced CRNA ready to step into a leadership role while maintaining strong clinical involvement.

Leadership Stipend: $20,000
Commencement Bonus: $40,000
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
Time Off: 17 weeks annually

Hospital Size: 25 beds

Option 2: Staff CRNA

This role offers an excellent balance of clinical autonomy and schedule flexibility, with the opportunity to practice in a close-knit hospital environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.
