Job Description Responsibilities: ? Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality. ? Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members ? Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety ? Provide Best in Class Customer Service ? Increase Sales and Profit Potential Qualifications ? Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required) ? Customer Service experience (required) ? Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred) ? Valid driver's license (required) ? High School education or equivalent ? Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team ? Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills ? Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal ? Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor ?
