Requirements/Responsibilities FOH Team Member Requirements & Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures • Enthusiastically greet guests • Assist with all food preparation and set up when required • Provide 2nd Mile Service • Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence • Any other duties as assigned by the Culinary or Service staff MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Specific Experience: • None required Other Characteristics: • Excellent customer service • Strong communication/verbal skills • Strong interpersonal skills: gets along well with others • Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consist basis • Ability to multi-task • Detail orientated • Able to work well independently and in a team environment • Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship • Consist and reliable • Ability to work on their feet for several hours at a time • Minimum of 16 years of age Preferred qualifications: • Experience in food service and/or customer service operations Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
