Schedule:Flexible Sunday-Saturday 40hr/wkSummary/Objective of
Position:Establishes and administers events for targeting,
recruitment, and retention of students in graduate or undergraduate
programs. Develops and distributes marketing materials for Dine
College. Visit schools and events to present to groups or
individuals to promote Dine college and increase enrollment. Work
with other members of the recruitment/marketing team, faculty, and
others to design and deliver high-touch, face-to-face experiences
for prospective students.Description of Essential Functions of the

essential functions.1. Develops, implements, and assess recruitment
strategies in consultation with the Student Outreach & Recruitment
Coordinator to attract and enron prospective students. Incorporates
current college-wide marketing objectives and messaging into
recruitment plans.2.Prepares and delivers presentations to
potential students in the community, at local businesses, flea
markets, high schools, and on campus that results in obtaining
follow-up contact information. 3.Participates in external community
events that builds rapport and has the potential to result in
student enrollments.4.Plans, organizes and conducts on-campus
recruitment events including on-site registration, group tours,
open houses and personalized Information sessions that generate
student enrollment leads and application completions.5. Develops,
organizes and maintains electronic records on every recruitment
effort made, tracks yield rates for each event, and shares results
quarterly with supervisor.6.Steward prospective students through
the inquiry funnel into the admissions process. Identify and
evaluate prospective students' goals and coach them in career
options and Dine College program pathways. Connect students to
related program faculty when relationship will promote enrollment.
7. Work collaboratively with the other Student Recruiter, College
Orientation Specialist, and Transfer Specialist to design,
implement, and execute robust, innovative, institution specific
recruiting strategies to attract and enroll students.8.Remain in
constant contact with prospective students through multiple
mediums, Including individual appointments, telephone, email,
texting, social media sites and video/virtual chat that builds
personalized relationships with prospective students and relevant
networks.9. l--las a strong understanding of the financial aid
process, promotes FAFSA completion and application for academic
scholarships. Stays current with ever changing criteria and funding
opportunities as well as residency requirements to assist students
through the admissions process.10.Regularly collaborate with second
student recruiter as well as other Dine College staff and
departments to ensure a streamlined recruitment and admissions
process while meet prospective student needs. 11.Ensures that Dine
College student recruitment publications are kept up to date and in
adequate stock for recruitment efforts made by Dine College faculty
and staff and recruiters.12. Makes recommendations for purchase of
Dine College promotional items. Manages ordering, distribution,
inventory and storage of items for student recruitment.13. Keeps a
current, accessible electronic calendar that contains scheduled
site visits and events. Regularly updates electronic calendar with
new updates.14. Produces and submits a student recruitment goals
and visitation plan for each Dine College semester to Director of
Student Enrollment & Access. Maintains a student enrollment count
document to track progress and info,m future planning.15. Works
with Social Media & Events Specialist to coordinate social media
posts that support student recruitment and assists with production
of graphics as needed.16. Attend and actively participate in staff
meetings. Provide useful insight into attracting student
enrollments. Also attend monthly recruitment meetings and work in
tandem with high school recruitment efforts to ensure a cohesive
Dine College message across all college-wide recruitment efforts.
17. Produces and submits a student recruitment monthly report for
each calendar month to Student Outreach & Recruitment Coordinator.
Maintains electronic record of all events, student contact
information, and student surveys. 18.Serves as a liaison to develop
partnerships between Dine College and local school systems
throughout the state.19. Frequently travels between multiple
campuses and locations and works irregular hours and days, and
potential weekends.20. Performs other duties as
assignedQUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceMinimum:A Bachelor
Degree required. Must have a minimum of 1 year work experience in
student recruitment & OutreachPreferred:Knowledge:Strong
organizational and time management skills Ability to interact in a
professional manner with staff, students, and the public. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills Independent decision making
and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and demeanor.

speak Navajo Ability to prioritize and follow-through to
completionPhysical Requirements, Work Environment & Travel:Work is
typically done in an Office work environment. Must be able to live
in the dorm and be available as needed for the program.Other
Requirement(s):Valid State Driver's License. Ability to Speak
Navajo is a plus.
