Job Description Job Description VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring an HR Generalist for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM This is a Full Time Temp to hire position. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30 pm Pay for this position is $25.00 per hour As an HR Generalist you will: Performing Recruitment & Onboarding- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing and hiring. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations Attendance & Records Management Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate records Address attendance-related concerns and enforce company policies. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions Handle investigations, mediate disputes, and provide guidance on policy compliance Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures HR Generalist Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: 2-3 years in an HR Generalist or similar role Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
