Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) Compensation: $263K – $300K annually Practice Type: Outpatient | Integrated Care Model Role Summary We are recruiting a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to provide patient-centered outpatient care in a collaborative healthcare setting. This role emphasizes preventive medicine, behavioral health integration, and long-term patient wellness. Responsibilities Provide full-scope outpatient primary care services Diagnose illnesses and develop evidence-based treatment plans Conduct preventive screenings and wellness visits Lead patient education initiatives, including group visits Work closely with behavioral health and wellness teams Utilize standing orders to support care team efficiency Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality initiatives Provide clinical coverage and after-hours support as scheduled Qualifications MD or DO with Board Certification Active California medical license and DEA Knowledge of outpatient care standards and regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a multidisciplinary care environment Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
