Job Description Job Description Start Date: 02/02/2026 Type: Perm Worker Type: On-site Worksite Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Duration: 0 Months JOB DESCRIPTION A fast-growing IT consulting firm specializing in enterprise networking, data center & cloud, security, and wiring solutions is seeking a Field Technician to join their team in Albuquerque, NM This individual will lead the Special Systems Team to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and budget standards. This is a team of 6 Access Control Technicians. Responsibilities include: Recruit, train, and manage project staff Oversee workload, job progress, and customer delivery Monitor staffing hours and budgets Ensure quality and safety compliance Act as customer liaison and technical escalation point Conduct site visits and provide technical oversight Typical Tasks: Payroll approval, expense review, kickoff meetings, SOW reviews, vendor training, PM coordination, site surveys, and client walkthroughs. This Direct Hire role is offering competitive full time pay of 75-95K, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), PTO, 401K, FSA, recognition rewards, and career training. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - NM Journeyman, RCDD, and industry certifications a plus - 3 years supervisory experience - Verkada Experience for Access Control - 5 years in low-voltage wiring, security, and access control - Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Salesforce, SmartSheets - Ability to manage multiple projects and read blueprints
