Our Team as a Mission & Engineering Support IT Operations
Specialist at JNWC! As a CACI Mission & Engineering Support IT
Operations Specialist supporting the Joint Navigation Warfare
Center (JNWC) , you will play a crucial role in enabling
Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) superiority for the
Department of Defense, interagency, and coalition partners. Located
at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, the JNWC is the DOD’s
Center of Excellence for Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) and PNT
capabilities integration. In this pivotal role, you will support
the warfighter by providing expert IT operations support to assure
and maintain PNT information systems. Your work will directly
impact the reliability and efficiency of NAVWAR operations across
all domains and military operations. Responsibilities: System
Monitoring and Operation: Monitor and operate electronic digital
computers to process business, scientific, engineering, or other
data according to operating instructions. Ensure the correct
peripheral equipment is utilized, clear the system, and operate the
equipment. Select and load input and output units with materials.
Error Detection and Reporting: Continuously observe equipment,
storage devices, printers, and control panels for operator messages
or error indicators. Set up and run diagnostic tests, react
appropriately to messages, and report errors or machine
malfunctions as required. Incidental Work: Perform incidental work
to machine operations such as maintaining production records,
replenishing specified stock items, and distributing output
materials. Customer Support: Schedule and coordinate customer
deskside support for the installation of new software or to perform
hardware or software break/fix activities. Investigate and resolve
all connectivity issues related to end-user, site infrastructure,
and IT equipment. Project Planning: Actively participate in
construction project planning, providing detailed requirements for
facility IT specifications. Break/Fix Coordination: Responsible for
the on-site coordination of break/fix installations with hardware
maintenance providers, providing after-hours support when required.
Inventory Management: Execute and maintain IT infrastructure
inventory information, completing regularly scheduled inventories
of all IT cabinets and IT cabinet equipment, updating pictures,
drawings, and asset information. Technical Support: Oversee
technical support for end-user devices and hardware (laptops,
printers, tablets, mobile devices) and peripherals, software (COTS,
GOTS, Web), network infrastructure (routers, switches, etc.), Voice
over Internet Protocol (VoIP), audiovisual display systems, duress
alarms, analog, and wireless technologies. Process Enhancement:
Recommend customer service and IT process support enhancements by
researching and recommending new technologies and processes.
Qualifications: Required: Security Clearance: Current Interim
Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI while working.
Education: BA/BS technical degree in computer science, information
technology, or a related field. Experience: Information Assurance
Level Technician experience in a large government consulting
environment. Certifications: Must have one of the following IAT
Level II Certifications: CompTIA CySA/CompTIA Security/EC-Council
CND. Desired: Additional Certifications: Additional certifications

influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic
location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract
wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and

benefits. The proposed salary range for this position is: $58,500 -
