Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a supervisory position in a
pharmaceutical manufacturing plant manufacturing environment.
Understands and is knowledgeable of cGMP, OSHA standards etc.
Oversee daily production operations in compliance with GMP and CGMP
standards. ERP Enforce GMP’s Create and maintain SOP’s Demonstrate
safe behavior and support department/plant Safety goals in a
continuous improvement process. Able to work a flexible schedule,
including overtime, weekends before and after schedule as needed.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Inventory management Budgeting, strategic planning, resource
allocation, cost controls, and human resource. Maintain compliance
with all regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, FDA, OSHA) and ensure
training and processes are aligned with these standards.
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
Experience in reporting on key production metrics. Outstanding
