Location Hotel Employment Status Full-Time Shift Varies Category Food and Beverage Summary: Sets up banquet and event equipment, tables, chairs, etc to execute quality events at the Santa Ana Star Casino.Major Responsibilities/Abilities:

• Sets up chairs, tables, etc in order to property execute the event.
• Works with leadership to ensure the BEOs are completed to guest satisfaction.
• Acknowledges and responds to guests promptly.
• Ensures that banquet facilities are orderly and clean.
• Provides fast, friendly service to guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:
  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Legible handwriting is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of banquet items and proper placement procedures.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non gaming license.Essential Mental Functions:
