Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCIs
in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our
RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality
outcomes are prioritized for every patient.Schedule: Full-time,
three 12-hour shifts starting at 5:00am; Sundays off; no overnight
shiftsCompensation: Pay range from $32-$44 per hour, depending on
nursing and dialysis experienceBenefits:Paid 12-week training with

dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure
quality standards are metPerform hemodialysis treatments per
facility policies and proceduresOngoing patient education, training
and health coachingMonitor patients during dialysis, assessing and
communicating changes with physician and familiesAdminister and
chart all prescribed medicationsFollow CDC/CMS infection control
regulationsParticipate in patient care conferences, rounds and
chart reviewsDocument required patient education effortsFacilitate
continuity of care with local hospitalsAssist in medication
inventory maintenanceLead a small patient care teamContribute to
onboarding new staff members as directedAdditional tasks as
requestedQualifications:Successful Candidates Bring:Excellent

solveEducation/Training:Accredited nursing degree requiredDialysis
