  Job Description-
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
  • Perform head-to-the-learning assessments and document findings.
  • Identify changes in patient status and respond to emergencies.
  • Assist in pain management and administer prescribed medications.
  • Administer oral, IV, and injectable medications as prescribed.
  • Monitor patients for reactions or side effects from medications.
  • Manage wound care, drains, catheters, and IV lines.
  • Assist with pre- and post-operative care.
    Patient Diagnosis:
    • Stroke patients as well as Surgery patients.
    • Telemetry central monitoring tech 24/7 - does not have to interpret dysrhythmias
      Qualifications & Requirements:
      • 3 years minimum experience required
      • Unit welcomes first time travelers
      • Float required
      • Weekends as needed
      • Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
