Volt is immediately hiring for an Automotive -Industrial Painter in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

As an Automotive -Industrial Painter you will:

• Responsible for applying primer, paint and similar coatings to metals using various methods such as spraying, rollers, and brushes.
• Responsible for cleaning and removing previous finishes by grinding/sanding and cleaning up after each step of preparation.
• Operate a spray paint booth.Automotive -Industrial Painter candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  
  
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
  • Experience using sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, steel wool or other sanding machines in an automotive setting.
  • Ability to use caulking guns or putty knives to fill holes, cracks and joints.
  • Previous construction, carpentry, or painting skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent.Pay Rate: $15-$20 per hour
    
    This is a full-time opportunity. Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30am
