Job Summary:
System One is seeking two experienced Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Coordinators to support critical safety programs at a high-security facility in Los Alamos, NM. These roles are responsible for coordinating and overseeing LOTO activities to ensure the safe isolation of hazardous energy sources during maintenance and operational tasks. Candidates must be fully trained in LOTO procedures, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and a preference for those holding a current Q clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Implement and enforce LOTO procedures in accordance with site-specific safety regulations
--- Maintain accurate records of LOTO authorizations, permits, and compliance audits
--- Provide guidance and support to personnel on LOTO standards and best practices
--- Conduct periodic inspections and assessments of LOTO activities to ensure compliance
--- Support back shift or weekend operations
--- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to address LOTO-related concerns

Qualifications:
--- Formal training and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with LOTO procedures and program requirements
--- Relevant experience in an industrial, nuclear, or high-security environment
--- Q clearance preferred (active or ability to obtain)
--- Strong understanding of energy isolation and safety protocols
--- Capable of working independently and reliably on non-standard shifts
--- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
