Position type: Fulltime/Contract
Job Title: Provider Network Representative
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Work Mode: (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 months

As a Provider Network Representative, You will
Job Description:

The Provider Network Representative is responsible for supporting the provider network, including assisting with claims, pricing, contracts, and provider relationships. The role involves a variety of tasks related to problem resolution, training, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Provider Support & Problem Resolution: Assist practitioners in resolving issues related to claims, pricing, contracts, and relationships. Ensure smooth operations of network relationships and maintain accurate records of activities.
Training & Education: Provide training to provider staff on operational procedures and policy updates. Develop training materials as necessary.
Reporting & Documentation: Submit regular reports on provider service and recruitment activities. Create and maintain reports on managed care networks and provider data.
Fee Requests & Coordination: Respond to provider fee requests and assist in resolving systemic problems and claims issues.
Provider Directory & Database Management: Review provider directories, maintain databases, and ensure accuracy in provider information.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities, physician groups, practice managers, and internal departments.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Comply with all corporate policies, including HIPAA and Diversity Principles. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the business.
Special Projects: Assist management with special projects and reporting requirements as needed.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience in the healthcare/insurance industry.
Experience:3 years in Network Management, Credentialing, and/or Customer Service.
Familiarity with health care contracts, applications, products, and claims processing systems.
Experience with PC usage for at least 3 years.


Skills:Understanding of provider reimbursement methods.
Strong communication skills, customer service focus, and proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of MCO (Managed Care Organization) experience is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $22.00- $24.00- per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
