OverviewMDS Coordinator - RNLa Vida Llena LifePlan Retirement Community is a well-established CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for an experienced MDS (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team!

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • Current NM RN or LPN License in good standing
  • Prior MDS experience required
  • MDS RAC-CT Certification preferred
  • Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules and regulations
  • One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.What La Vida Llena Offers
