Job Title: Janitor
Location: Taos, NM 87571
Duration: 1+year (Optional for 26 weeks or long term)
Start Date: July 2025
Shift Schedule: 6:30 am-3:30 pm and 8:30 am-5:30 pm. 40 hr. a week.

Qualification

Education: High School
Experience: 2 years of past experience working in a corporate or healthcare setting

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in all high-touch areas.
Refill restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer dispensers.
Collect and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste, ensuring proper handling and disposal procedures.
Operate floor maintenance equipment to buff, strip, and wax floors, as well as shampoo and vacuum carpets.
Follow infection control protocols and use appropriate PPE as required by safety policies.
Handle emergency cleaning tasks such as spills, biohazardous waste removal, and deep cleaning requests.
Maintain and secure cleaning equipment, report needed repairs, and track supply inventory.
