strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll lead integrated campaigns,
guide digital and web experiences, and collaborate closely with
operations, food & beverage, events, sales, and executive
leadership. Whether launching a new initiative, refining the guest
journey, or driving results through data-informed decisions, your
contributions will help shape memorable experiences and support the
continued growth of our hospitality brands. What You’ll Do -
Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing
strategies aligned with brand standards, business goals, and
revenue targets. - Serve as a strategic marketing partner to
hospitality leadership, operations, and property teams. - Translate
company vision and guest experience goals into actionable marketing
plans. - Monitor industry trends, guest behaviors, market
conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify growth
opportunities. - Lead, mentor, and inspire marketing team members,
fostering creativity, accountability, and professional development.
- Ensure brand storytelling, tone, and visuals are consistent
across all guest-facing touchpoints. - Support property-level
marketing initiatives including hotel stays, food & beverage
outlets, events, wellness, and experiential offerings. - Partner
with operations and guest services teams to align marketing with
on-property experiences. - Champion the guest journey from
discovery to booking to post-stay engagement. - Lead digital
strategy across websites, booking platforms, SEO/SEM, email
marketing, paid media, and social channels. - Ensure digital
experiences are intuitive, on-brand, mobile-friendly, and optimized
to drive bookings and engagement. - Collaborate with internal teams
and external vendors on website updates, enhancements, and
integrations. - Guide personalization, audience targeting, and
lifecycle marketing efforts to improve guest acquisition and
retention. - Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing
campaigns from concept through launch and post-campaign analysis. -
Own campaign calendars, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across
departments and properties. - Partner with sales and revenue teams
to support demand generation, promotions, and conversion
strategies. - Apply campaign insights to optimize performance and
maximize ROI. - Support seasonal, promotional, and experiential
campaigns designed to increase occupancy, covers, ticket sales, and
ancillary revenue. - Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with
brand, engagement, and revenue goals. - Leverage analytics tools to
track performance across digital channels, campaigns, and
platforms. - Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations
to leadership. - Support marketing for events, activations,
sponsorships, and community initiatives. - Collaborate with
internal stakeholders and external partners to amplify brand
presence. - Ensure events and partnerships align with brand
positioning and guest experience goals. - Performs other related

projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. - Strong
analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic
decisions. - Clear understanding of how marketing impacts bookings,
traffic, conversions, and financial performance. - Ability to
balance innovation with execution and accountability. - Excellent
interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across
departments. - Thrives in fast-paced, multi-property environments.
- Understanding of hotel, food & beverage, events, and
guest-centric marketing is a plus. - Experience leading end-to-end
marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and revenue. -
Experience managing teams, agencies, or external partners strongly
preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. - 5
years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within
hospitality, lifestyle, or experiential brands. Compensation
