We are in need of a pest control technician to join our growing team! You will investigate potential pest invasions, identify when an issue does exist, and deploy appropriate pest control techniques to eliminate the problem. If you are comfortable working with all kinds of critters, have great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, we are looking for you! Responsibilities:

--- Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods
--- Disperse the fumigants in infested areas when needed
--- Schedule appointments with customers by working with our in-office employees
--- Comply with all safety guidelines by wearing protective equipment and following the instructions for each pest control product
--- Answer any questions regarding our pest control services


Qualifications:

--- Graduated from high school or received G.E.D.
--- One year experience as a pest control technician
--- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
--- Comfortable with an outdoor work environment in a variety of weather conditions
--- Passed the pest control license exam provided by the Department of Agriculture
--- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
--- Excellent communication and customer service skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
--- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
