Santa Fe seeks a dynamic and stylish Sales Associate to provide
exceptional customer service, drive sales, and create an engaging
shopping experience. This role is perfect for someone with a keen
eye for design, a deep understanding of style, and a natural
ability to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales &
Client Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service, build
relationships, and drive sales through personalized styling and
expert product knowledge. Visual Merchandising: Maintain a
beautifully curated showroom that reflects the store’s aesthetic
and enhances the customer experience. Product Expertise: Stay
informed on design trends, materials, and collections to offer
insightful recommendations. Brand Representation: Embody the
store’s identity with professionalism, enthusiasm, and an authentic
passion for luxury design and lifestyle. Operations Support: Assist
with inventory management, order processing, and ensuring seamless
daily operations. Ideal Candidate: 2 - 3 years of sales experience,
preferably from a high-end retail environment. Charismatic and
energetic with a passion for design, fashion, and lifestyle. Proven
sales experience in luxury retail, home design, or fashion. Strong
communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire
customers. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive
mindset. A team player who thrives in a creative, fast-paced
environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and during special
store events Valid Driver’s License Valid US Work Authorization
