Let Volt help move you forward! Volt is currently seeking a Sales Order Coordinator for a leading manufacturing company in Albuquerque, NM . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will be: Accurately entering and updating sales orders in Sage ERP. Reviewing customer purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal sales orders. Monitoring production schedules and revising order timelines as needed. Coordinating with Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely shipments. Communicating with customers regarding order status, shipping preferences, and freight arrangements. Maintaining accurate electronic records of sales orders and customer correspondence. Hosting and contributing to internal meetings related to sales and scheduling. Supporting Sales Managers and other departments as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Sales. Minimum of 2 years of related experience in order processing or sales coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to access production areas while adhering to safety protocols.
