Location: Santa Clara, Alameda & San Mateo Counties | Full-Time Why This Role Rocks: Drive referral growth across hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and physician offices. Represent a 5-Star Medicare-rated, Practitioner owned, clinically led agency at community events, health fairs, and professional networking functions. Partner with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission transitions. Who We’re Looking For: 2 years in business development, sales, or account management in home health, hospice, or senior living is REQUIRED. Unfortunately, you have to talk the talk and walk the walk . Outgoing, resilient, and goal-oriented — you thrive building relationships and growing territory presence. Organized, self-directed, and confident engaging diverse healthcare stakeholders. Valid driver’s license and willing to travel across Santa Clara, Alameda & San Mateo Counties .
