Publishing Company and the Albuquerque Journal are seeking a driven
and self-motivated Senior Account Executive to lead revenue growth
across our print and digital advertising platforms. In this role,
you’ll act as a strategic advisor to local businesses, providing
results-driven advertising solutions that help them grow while
maximizing your own earning potential. Are you a seasoned sales

is your opportunity. What You’ll Do Take a consultative approach to
understand client objectives, audiences, and challenges. Recommend
customized print and digital advertising solutions aligned with
each client’s business goals. Prospect, pitch, and close new
advertising business while building long-term client relationships.
Develop new book of business and maintain through strategic
planning, upselling, cross-selling, and networking. Oversee
campaigns from sale through execution, ensuring accuracy,
performance, and client satisfaction. Review campaign results with
clients and provide data-driven insights and optimization
recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver
cohesive advertising solutions. Stay informed on market trends and
competitive activity to guide client strategy. Compensation We
offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, creating
a total earning potential of $75,000–$100,000. To support your
success from day one, this role includes a $5,000 per month
commission guarantee for your first six months while you build your

sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or consultative
B2B sales Proven success in managing a full sales cycle and closing
new business independently Strong communication, negotiation, and
relationship-building skills Experience using CRM platforms and
Google Workspace Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet
deadlines, and consistently hit goals Valid New Mexico driver’s
license and proof of auto insurance Professionalism, initiative,
and a results-oriented mindset
