exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English answer
client inquiries, assist with claims, coverage options and policy
changes. Manage and update client records, use our CRM effectively
and prioritize workflow in a dynamic agency environment.
Collaborate with our team to continuously improve processes, stay
current on regulatory changes and product offerings. Represent our
agency's commitment to educating and protecting our fellow New
Mexicans. What You Bring: Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) and
strong English communication skills. Valid New Mexico Personal
Lines license or Active NM P&C License 1 years experience in
insurance customer service (personal lines preferred). Organized,
efficient, client-centric, able to juggle multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems and basic

assist clients. Requirements Willingness to get licensed Fluent
