Job Description Full-time associate clinician (ASW, AMFT, APCC) $40/per client session, $20/per hour for admin tasks (writing notes, attending company meetings/supervision) Completely remote W-2 employee position, work from anywhere in CA! Make your schedule with what works in your life, as long as you are able to see your clients, it's all good by me. Resilient Heart Therapy is a 100% remote group practice based in Los Angeles, CA owned by Cheryl Tarnofsky, LMFT. We're excited to continue to expand our practice and get people the help they need! Responsibilities: Availability to see approximately 20-25 clients per week Proficiency and timeliness when writing clinical progress notes and assessments (24-hour turnaround) Effective communication skills both with interfacing with clients via email/over the phone and with supervisor Trained in a specific modality or has a niche that they want to explore Someone who is willing to make mistakes, take risks, receive and implement constructive feedback and ultimately grow as a clinician and human being Have an understanding that it takes time to build a caseload (approx. 3-6 months) Demonstrates strong ethical values regarding client care, honesty, transparency, and flexibility Qualifications: - Must have graduated with a Master's in social work, marriage & family therapy, or professional clinical counseling Associate number with California BBS, (no required amount of hours to be qualified) A solid understanding of diagnosing using the DSM-5, creating simple treatment plans, and writing progress notes. Must have a quiet and professional space with good internet in their home to work from
