Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Work Planners to oversee maintenance activities from inception to installation in the field. This role is integral to ensuring that all maintenance projects are executed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance work packages, ensuring all steps are planned meticulously for smooth execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for maintenance activities.
Coordinate logistics for maintenance projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Track progress and performance on maintenance tasks, making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness as needed.
Provide on-site support during maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
Assist in developing reports and documentation for maintenance activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance planning or related fields is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in project management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site, as this position requires a hands-on approach and cannot be supported remotely.
Q-Clearance or ability to obtain Q-Clearance is a significant advantage.
